Marketing SpecialistPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role combines customer service skills, project planning, creative marketing and analytical skills, along with problem-solving abilitiesKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in planning sales and marketing events</li><li>Assists in the selection and purchase and distribution of promotional items for sales and dealer use</li><li>Analyze marketing campaign performance using HubSpot and other analytics platforms to drive strategic decision-making</li><li>Manage and optimize e-commerce initiatives through Shopify, tracking key metrics and identifying growth opportunities</li><li>Create data reports in Excel for key marketing metrics</li><li>Develop and maintain marketing materials with basic graphic design support using Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns</li><li>Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple marketing channels</li><li>Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives from concept through execution</li><li>Maintain marketing databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing tools and platforms</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>High comfort level with technology and ability to quickly learn new software platforms</li><li>Experience with promotional campaigns and marketing program execution</li><li>Experience with marketing automation and email marketing campaigns</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field</li><li>Experience with HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, and/or Sales Hub)</li><li>Hands-on experience with Shopify platform management</li><li>Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools</li><li>Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices</li><li>Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design software</li><li>Basic HTML/CSS knowledge</li><li>Experience with additional design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
