Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in horticulture, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage crew members, and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.Duties<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the activities of the landscaping crew to ensure timely completion of projects.</li><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, tree care, and gardening.</li><li>Oversee the installation of landscaping features such as plants, trees, sod, and irrigation systems.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.</li><li>Train and mentor crew members on best practices in landscaping techniques and equipment usage.</li><li>Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any maintenance needs promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid driver's license and good driving record.</li><li>Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.</li><li>Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable; leadership skills are essential for managing a team effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of lawn care practices, tree care techniques, construction methods, and irrigation systems.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.</li><li>Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.</li><li>A commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.
