We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Manager to support our Dubai-based fragrance solutions company!What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Conduct outbound calls to businesses in Dubai using our dialer and database.</li><li>Set up product demo appointments with corporate clients.</li><li>Coordinate closely with our Fragrance Solutions Executive for live demos.</li><li>Manage follow-ups and ensure a high appointment confirmation rate.</li><li>Build strong relationships with prospects to drive subscription closures.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Must have your own laptop, stable internet connection, and professional headset.</li><li>Prior inside sales or telesales experience is essential.</li><li>Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a goal-driven, positive attitude.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Get:<ul><li>Fixed salary + attractive commissions (Earning potential: &#8377;48,000&ndash;&#8377;68,000 per month).</li><li>Comprehensive training and sales support provided.</li><li>Career growth opportunities with a dynamic international brand.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
