This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful professional work, has experience in financial planning or advisory operations, and values flexibility.Must have experience in the Financial Services Industry.ABOUT THE ROLEThis position is a hybrid of:&middot; Cognitive support &mdash; thinking through tasks and anticipating needs, preparing preliminary planning recommendations&middot; Operational management &mdash; keeping client workflows on track and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks&middot; Client service support &mdash; helping implement action items and serving as a point of contact for client support&middot; Administrative duties &mdash; forms, follow-ups, account setup, data updatesRESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Prepare meeting materials, implementation steps, and handle follow-ups</li><li>Assist in developing and tracking planning recommendations, summaries, and client action lists</li><li>Manage and optimize client workflows (CRM experience helpful)</li><li>Communicate with clients regarding documentation, tasks, or status updates</li><li>Track action items and ensure follow-through</li><li>Support account opening, ACAT transfers, beneficiary changes, and service processes</li><li>Maintain internal systems, email, calendars, and project timelines</li><li>Anticipate needs and proactively address gaps or bottlenecks</li></ul>IDEAL CANDIDATE You are someone who:<ul><li>Has prior financial planning, paraplanning, or advisory experience</li><li>Enjoys thinking through problems and can operate with autonomy</li><li>Can shift between detailed tasks and bigger-picture understanding</li><li>Is comfortable with ambiguity</li><li>Has excellent follow-through and organization</li><li>Likes a role that blends strategy with support</li><li>Wants meaningful work, but not a full-time job</li><li>Values long-term stability and a low-drama environment</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Experience in financial planning, advisory operations, paraplanning, or similar</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills</li><li>High degree of initiative and independent problem-solving ability</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Comfortable with technology and financial systems</li><li>Able to handle sensitive financial information with discretion</li></ul>COMPENSATION &amp; STRUCTURE<ul><li>$30&ndash;$40/hr depending on experience</li><li>15&ndash;25 hours/week, depending on experience</li><li>Some flexibility in scheduling</li><li>Remote</li><li>Long-term, stable position with growth possibilities</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 20 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Why are you seeking a part time role?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
