We have a reputation of giving, caring and compassionate representation as well as aggressively fighting for our clients.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage case files from initial investigation to resolution</li><li>Request, track and organize medical records, medical bills, medical lien information, lost wage statements and other records related to the case</li><li>Review and summarize medical records</li><li>Draft discovery requests, responses, subpoenas and case memos</li><li>Schedule and coordinate depositions, independent medical exams, expert and client meetings</li><li>Extensive communication with assigned clients</li><li>Trial/mediation preparation including exhibit preparation</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>College degree and/or formal paralegal education/certification preferred</li><li>Prior office experience required</li><li>Highly organized, able to work independently and/or collaboratively</li><li>Detail oriented with ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, all while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Possess strong grammar, proofreading and editing skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional customer service</li><li>Microsoft Office &ndash; Word, Outlook, Excel</li></ul>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join our team.
