Key responsibilities&middot; Shipment coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments.&middot; Stakeholder liaison: Communicate and collaborate with suppliers, carriers, customs officials, and other internal and external stakeholders.&middot; Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant shipping regulations, customs procedures, and import/export requirements.&middot; Process optimization: Monitor and analyze logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.&middot; Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and customer information; prepare and submit timely reports.&middot; Customer support: Address customer inquiries and concerns related to shipping and logistics.Required skills and qualifications&middot; Educational background: A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is often required.&middot; Experience: Proven experience in shipping or logistics operations.&middot; Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing multiple shipments and tasks.&middot; Technical proficiency: Knowledge of logistics and supply chain software is often necessary.&middot; Communication skills: Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are essential for effective internal and external communication.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED3,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Logistics - Operations: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English, Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi (Preferred)</li></ul>
