 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Keep warehouses organized and clean, with orders pulled efficiently and accurately
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive and check-in new materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep up with inventory, including counting and re-counting
 </li>
 <li>
 Load and unload box trucks/semis
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic lawn maintenance; snow removal in the winter
 </li>
 <li>
 Report damaged/missing products to Operations Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow proper procedures for damaged items
 </li>
 <li>
 Float between Warehouses as needed, while maintaining knowledge of different products
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive Non-CDL trucks as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with Operations Manager to ensure all tasks are complete
 </li>
 <li>
 Any other tasks or areas of responsibility that the Operations Manager or Schilling family deem appropriate
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education/Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain a valid driver's license
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly lift/carry/move up to 50lbs. and may have to occasionally lift up to 80lbs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, climb, carry, and walk throughout Yard/Warehouses
 </li>
 <li>
 Safely operate all equipment
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Could include sweeper, skid steer, order picker ranging from 8-30 feet in the air, forklift, pickup trucks (with and without snowplow), flatbeds, box trucks, vans, and SUVs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Ability to work outside in ALL weather conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively communicate information to customers/management/other team members through radios or in person
 </li>
 <li>
 Recognize and distinguish safety alarms and alert signals
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, recognize, and respond to any safety/hazardous situations
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist customers with a smile
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Including moving swiftly/jogging with a sense of urgency to waiting customers across our Yard/Warehouses
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Organizational skills, basic math, and ability to read a tape measure
 </li>
 <li>
 Composite/steel toe shoes required (annual boot reimbursement provided)
