 Your Main Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Developing projects within the portfolio, known as Special Projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating action plans and strategies to increase profitability and unit count
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that the team operates in line with the Schindler culture and requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Project monitoring through weekly customer visits
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting risk assessments based on field datas
 </li>
 <li>
 Monthly monitoring of project price increases, costs, and all expenses affecting profitability
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing and improving service quality to meet customer needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly analyzing and monitoring market and service development

 What You Bring
 
 
 
 
 Work Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years management experience in project management, construction and industrial machine industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the working environment of an international company is plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in field team management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to operate in a matrix organization with country, regional and corporate interaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound commercial understanding and business partnership approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developed skills in coordinating and motivating the department&rsquo;s employees
 </li>
 <li>
 MS Office and SAP knowledge are required

 Your Main Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing short/long term cash flows and treasury operations of Schindler Turkey
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing solutions for the improvement of Credit &amp; Collection processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of cash flow, FX exposures, and liquidity
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading the relationship with banks and financial institutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading A/R collection process and dealing with internal / external customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up the process of bank guarantee letters with direct reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing intercompany and third party supplier payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Cooperates with internal and external auditors and partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Net working capital management, strategic planning and enforcement of internal control framework
 </li>
 <li>
 Assessing collection risks and following up actions to mitigate impact on business performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring compliance to company policies, internal controls and regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing SAP Treasury and Banking modules in collaboration with IT &amp; SAP support teams
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 University degree in Economics, Finance-Accounting or relevant fields.
 
 
 Master&rsquo;s degree or MBA is an asset.
 
 
 
 Language:
 
 Excellent written and spoken English
 
 
 
 Work Experience:

 Minimum 8 years of professional experience on financial positions; minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant managerial position

 Experience in the working environment of an international company is essential
