 <ul>
 <li>
 Support branches in the implementation of the Schindler Receivables Management policy. Sales Representatives and Service Leaders in the branches are the Schindler Receivables Management process owners and have the accountability of executing this policy in the KG.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and analyze the NI invoicing process ensuring compliance and consistency of data with legal requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and execute collection of accounts receivables according to Schindler Receivables Management Guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage customer provisions (bad debt provision), dunning, legal processes and write-offs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process Owner of "Billing-To-Customer" (legal, tax, requirements, etc.).

 Education and Specialty:
 
 
 
 BSc in Accounting, Finance or Business
 
 
 
 Specific Training and Competences:
 
 
 
 Desired Collection processes knowledge, Risk Management knowledge, Finance and its legal implications knowledge, IT skills.
 
 
 
 Experience Required:
 
 
 
 1+ year in a similar position as AR Accountant

 Ensure the proper execution of offers, sales orders, final goods issues, contract, invoicing and collections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act with a professional decorum in all dealings with customers, especially complaint handling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Register and modify with accuracy and correctness non-financial Account &amp; Contact data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and process all employee master data, parts orders, service planning documents, databases in order to have an efficient field process in Maintenance, Repair, Modernization and Existing Installations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide the Service Leaders with timely follow-up reports for contract renewals, outstanding offers, past due receivables, &ldquo;Warning Signs&rdquo; of customer dissatisfaction and possible cancellations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Register personnel administration data for direct and indirect people: time, payroll, expenses, time sheet.
 </li>
 <li>
 Control the documents archive.

 Education and Specialty:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration or any relevant field.

 MS Office advanced knowledge
 </li>
