<div><div><div><p><b>Purpose:</b> Assist in Production Pack Line (Operator) finished product according to customer requirements per QC instructions.</p></div></div><div><div><p><b><br>
Primary Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):</b>
</p><ul><li><b>Assist Pack Line Operator</b>:</li><li><ul><li>
Collaborate closely with the Pack Line Operator to ensure smooth operation of the packaging line.</li><li>
Provide support in setting up and adjusting machinery for different product runs.</li><li>
Help troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime.</li><li>
Assist in monitoring the flow of materials and products through the packaging process.</li></ul>
</li><li><b>Filling, Check Weights, Sealing Containers, Inspection of Finished Product and Packaging</b>:</li><li><ul><li>
Operate filling machines to ensure accurate and consistent filling of containers according to specified weights and volumes.</li><li>
Perform regular checks to verify the weight and volume of filled containers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.</li><li>
Stacking pallets per customer specifications.</li><li>
Seal containers securely using appropriate methods and equipment to maintain product integrity.</li><li>
Conduct thorough inspections of finished products and packaging to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies.</li><li>
Record and report any discrepancies or issues found during the inspection process.</li></ul>
</li><li><b>Follow Safety Needs</b>:</li><li><ul><li>
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and ensure it is in good condition.</li><li>
Participate in safety training sessions and stay updated on best practices for workplace safety.</li><li>
Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor immediately.</li><li>
May be required to operate powered equipment as deemed necessary by management.
</li></ul></li><li><b>Follow Packaging Protocols</b>:</li><li><ul><li>
Adhere to established packaging protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including batch numbers, quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.</li><li>
Ensure that all packaging materials are used efficiently and waste is minimized.</li><li>
Collaborate with quality control and other departments to ensure that packaging meets all regulatory and company standards.</li></ul>

Qualifications and Skills Required:</b></p>
<ul><li>Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Basic understanding of machinery and equipment used in packaging processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Physical stamina and dexterity to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
</li></ul><ul><li>Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and identify defects or inconsistencies in products and packaging.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet production deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team environment.</li></ul></div></div></div>
