Support recruiting and training operations across multiple locations, assisting with scheduling, coordination, and communication.<br>
Assist in the full-cycle hiring process for seasonal associates, including job postings, application reviews, interview coordination, and onboarding paperwork.</li><li>
Help onboard and support 3,000+ seasonal associates annually by preparing materials, facilitating orientations, and ensuring smooth transitions.</li><li>
Provide administrative support for HR functions, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing reports.</li><li>
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and associate events.</li><li>
Support compliance efforts by helping track training completion, certifications, and HR documentation.</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.</li><li>
Partner with managers and HR leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiency.</li><li>
Contribute to a positive workplace culture by supporting team development and communication.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
