The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a Server/Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Must be 21+.3 years of Fine Dining experience is required.We are looking for an enthusiastic server/bartender/sales associate to provide an excellent guest experience. Compensation includes hourly and tips.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare room for dining by setting tables, condiments, candles, napkins and utensils</li><li>Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies</li><li>Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions</li><li>Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.</li><li>Provide customers with an exceptional experience!</li><li>Encourage guests reviews through Google &amp; Social Media platforms.</li><li>Great work ethic</li><li>Enthusiastic about Hospitality industry and furthering business potential.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Resume and proven working experience as a server/bartender/sales associate</li><li>Bilingual is a plus</li><li>Positive attitude and excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean</li><li>Relevant training certificate</li><li>Great work ethic</li><li>Sales Driven</li><li>Food and Alcohol Certifications</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $10.98 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
