Job Title: Business Coordinator Company: Schoecke LLC Location: Doha, QatarPosition Overview Schoecke LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily business operations in our Doha office. The role is central to ensuring smooth coordination between departments, clients, and external partners while maintaining efficient administrative and operational workflows.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate day-to-day business operations and ensure timely execution of tasks across departments</li><li>Serve as a communication bridge between management, staff, clients, and suppliers</li><li>Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes</li><li>Monitor project timelines and follow up with teams to ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Support business development activities including client follow-ups and proposal preparation</li><li>Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal documentation</li><li>Handle administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and office coordination</li><li>Assist in procurement coordination and vendor communication when required</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procedures and local business regulations in Qatar</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or business support role</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience working in the GCC region, particularly Qatar</li><li>Familiarity with business operations in contracting, trading, or service-based industries</li><li>Basic knowledge of project management tools or ERP systems</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding company</li><li>Multicultural working environment in Doha</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li></ul>الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل عامموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
