Research Analyst (BPO) Location: NagercoilWe are looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst (BPO) to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct online research and gather relevant data</li><li>Analyze market, industry, and competitor information</li><li>Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations</li><li>Maintain and update databases with accurate information</li><li>Validate and verify collected data</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and international clients</li><li>Meet daily/weekly productivity targets</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office</li><li>Good typing speed and accuracy</li><li>Basic knowledge of internet research tools</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required)</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, MBA preferred)</li><li>Freshers can apply</li><li>Prior BPO experience is an advantage</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, InternshipPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
