<div></div><div>As a Senior Staff Accountant, you&rsquo;ll play a meaningful role in helping leaders make informed business decisions. You&rsquo;ll work with financial data to uncover insights, support strategy, and contribute to performance across a diverse group of businesses. Build and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives<br>

Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly performance (budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, profitability)<br>
<br>
Identify trends and translate data into meaningful insights<br>
<br>
<i>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting</i><br>
<br>
Partner with business leaders to develop departmental budgets<br>
<br>
Support rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning<br>
<br>
Identify key drivers and opportunities to improve performance<br>
<br>
<i>Business Partnering &amp; Decision Support</i><br>
<br>
Contribute to analyses that support decisions around pricing, investments, and cost management<br>
<br>
Provide ad hoc analysis to senior leadership<br>
<br>
Support evaluation of strategic opportunities, including acquisitions<br>
<br>
<i>Process Improvement</i><br>
<br>
Learn current processes and identify opportunities for improvement<br>
<br>
Help streamline reporting and financial workflows<br>
<br>
Partner cross-functionally to enhance tools and reporting capabilities<br>

</div><div><b>What You Bring</b><br>
<br>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance<br>
<br>
Active CPA certification<br>
<br>
4&ndash;5 years of public accounting (audit) experience<br>
<br>
Solid Excel skills with a desire to continue building advanced capabilities<br>
<br>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br>
<br>
Clear communicator who enjoys translating financial insights for non-financial audiences<br>
<br>
Ability to manage multiple priorities while continuing to learn and develop<br>
<br>
