In line with our growth and organizational development goals, we are looking for a new teammate to join our Human Resources team as a<b>&ldquo;Human Resources Organizational Execution Generalist&rdquo;</b>, <b>based in &Ccedil;erkezk&ouml;y</b> and reporting to the<b> Human Resources Organizational Execution Manager</b>.<br>

Key Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><p><b>
Payroll Operations</b></p><ul><li>
Manage monthly payroll calculations in compliance with legal regulations and company policies</li><li>
Process monthly attendance records and salary advance requests</li><li>
Prepare tax and social security declarations and ensure timely submission</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems and personnel files</li><li>
Prepare and distribute individual payslips via the E-Payroll system</li></ul><p><b>
Industrial Relations</b></p><ul><li>
Maintain collective bargaining agreements and ensure compliance with their terms</li><li>
Act as a point of contact for union-related communication and employee rights</li><li>
Support the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of collective labor agreements</li><li>
Ensure all industrial relations processes comply with legal and internal regulations</li><li>
Coordinate with the Bolu plant on union-related processes and employee communication</li></ul><p><b>
Reporting &amp; Compliance</b></p><ul><li>
Prepare and present payroll and workforce reports to management and relevant authorities</li><li>
Monitor KPIs related to workforce efficiency and process compliance</li><li>
Support HR audits and internal control processes</li><li>
Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all HR operations</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferably in Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources Management, or related fields</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, social security, or industrial relations processes</li><li>
Good command of labor law, social security, and taxation regulations</li><li>
Experience in SAP, Netsis, Narsoft or other HR information systems</li><li>
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
High sense of responsibility and confidentiality in handling employee data</li><li>
Good command of English (both written and spoken)</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel</li><li>
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset</li><li>
B class driving license and willingness to travel regularly between plants</li><li>

To manage dues of vendors and suppliers in the best interest of organization and to facilitate good relations with vendors in co-ordination with finance department.</li><li>

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a multinational manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Proven leadership experience in managing multi-site operations.</li><li>
Strong command of SAP and advanced supply chain planning tools.</li><li>
Excellent command of English (C1 level) is required.</li><li>
Preferably certified with APICS (CLTD, CSCP, or CPIM) and/or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement &amp; Supply)</li><li>
