Your Contribution</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Execute production activities in line with targets; compare outputs with targets to take precautions against deviations.</li><li>
Conduct daily field tours to monitor processes, including newly commissioned products, raw materials, and colors.</li><li>
Lead and participate in <b>5S, CPA, Kaizen, and Productivity</b> studies; request and act on improvements from Maintenance-Development.</li><li>
Manage a team of subordinates, determine weekly blue-collar schedules, plan annual leaves, and conduct<b>Performance Interviews</b>.</li><li>
Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly production reports</li><li>
Effective source management to sustain cost and scrap reduction</li><li>
Lead and/or participate in productivity and lean projects</li><li>
Coordinate improvement projects with quality department</li><li>
Align production process with lean strategies</li><li>
Active role in new project executions</li><li>
Ensure all activities adhere to <b>Information Security (ISO 27001)</b> and<b>Occupational Health and Safety (ISG)</b> standards.</li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Your Profile</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from Material, Chemical, Industrial and Mechanical Engineering</li><li>
At least 4 years of experience in production process</li><li>
Fluent in written and spoken English</li><li>
Expert in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools</li><li>
SAP knowledge is an asset</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001) and EHS regulations</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with an ability to track and report instant KPI deviations.</li><li>
Eager to develop personally and professionally</li><li>
No travel restriction domestic and abroad</li><li>
No military obligation for male candidates</li><li>
