 Supply Chain Director
 
 who will play a key role in managing and developing all supply chain functions for our operations.&nbsp;
 
 The position will report directly to the Site Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all logistics, procurement, inventory, and production planning processes, while
 
 leading 2 direct reports and managing a broader organization of approximately 75 indirect reports across both sites
 
 , ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and sustainability goals.&nbsp;
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with corporate and regional objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and optimize all supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, material planning, and distribution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure robust supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and contract compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service levels, and sustainability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with site operations, finance, quality, and regional SCM teams to ensure alignment and performance transparency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team across both sites, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and international trade regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present results to local and regional leadership.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master&rsquo;s degree is an asset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a multinational manufacturing environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership experience in managing multi-site operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of SAP and advanced supply chain planning tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English (C1 level) is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably certified with APICS (CLTD, CSCP, or CPIM) and/or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement &amp; Supply)
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing supply chain transformation projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
 </li>
