</h1>This will be a nights position 6pm-6:30am with a 2-2-3 rotation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Connect tanker trucks to unloading/receiving lines.
</li><li>Maintain detailed logs of loading/unloading activities, including product type, volume, date and time.
</li><li>Monitor daily Tanker Bay schedule
</li><li>Work closely with Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, and Office Staff
</li><li>Knowledge of CIP Processes and operations (Clean-In-Place).
</li><li>Reporting any irregularities in milk quality, tanker issues, or potential sanitation problems.
</li><li>Monitor flow rates and pressure gauges during transfer.
</li><li>Maintain designated work area assigned by using the 5s procedure to always provide a safe and clean work environment.
</li><li>Accurately identify and record lot code, product, and other ingredient information.
</li><li>This position works closely and often interchangeably with the Blending and Warehouse dept. Contribute to team effort by performing other duties and assignments as requested
</li><li>Must adhere to all regulations, food safety procedures, and company policies

</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
<ul><li>Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills
</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality
</li><li>Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English to ensure understanding of safety instructions, work procedures, policies, and communications essential to job performance in this role
</li><li>Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
</li><li>Ability to use an RF scan gun
</li><li>2+ years WMS experience
</li><li>Must be comfortable lifting up to 50+ lbs.
</li></ul>Education and/or Experience
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
</li><li>Forklift certification (Sit Down, Stand Up, Pallet Jack)

</h1>We are looking for qualified, experienced maintenance technicians to help us with our repairs and PMs of our Tetra-Pak equipment. This position will be responsible for improving the overall operating functions of the manufacturing machines to achieve the desired goals. This will include preventative maintenance programs, machine upgrades to enable difficult production orders to be more efficient, diagnostic/troubleshooting ability to resolve downtime and quality issues, and overall machine efficiency improvements.
This is an interview position.
2nd shift - Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm, overtime and weekends as needed
10% shift differential when working off shift hours
Essential duties
<ul><li>Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production
</li><li>Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs
</li><li>Performs maintenance including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines
</li><li>Conducts preventative maintenance service
</li><li>Disassembles problem equipment and determines the extent of necessary repairs
</li><li>Rebuilds complicated machine tools and special purpose machines and plant equipment
</li><li>Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
</li><li>Operates forklifts
</li><li>Performs necessary facility maintenance
</li><li>Input data in several types of software platforms including Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
</li><li>Communicates and supports company policies and decisions in a positive manner maintain open communication with managers and leaders
</li><li>Performs other duties within the department as may be assigned
</li></ul>Requirements
<ul><li>Ability to direct and motivate other team members to complete specific tasks
</li><li>Analytical skills and advanced electrical/mechanical problem-solving skills and the ability to give technical guidance to other team members.
</li><li>Experience in machine modifications and rebuilds
</li><li>Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
</li><li>Flexible work schedule and the ability to work other shifts as needed and to work overtime and weekends.
</li><li>Basic Computer Skills
</li><li>Able to obtain Forklift/Scissor lift license
</li><li>Experience with a multimeter a must
</li><li>Excellent communication skills.
</li><li>Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English to ensure understanding of safety instructions, work procedures, policies, and communications essential to job performance for this role.
</li><li>Excellent computer skills
</li><li>Must be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs
</li></ul>Education, etc.
<ul><li>Requires a high school diploma/GED
</li><li>Two-Year technical degree or 5+ years of experience in an Electrical-Mechanical technician role.
</li><li>Experienced in troubleshooting basic electrical that includes but is not limited to 24VDC, 480VAC, Proximity Sensors, Motor Controls, VFD&rsquo;s, etc.
