Schwarz Creations is looking for an SEO &amp; Google Ads Executive to manage a limited number of client projects focused on organic search growth and paid advertising performance.The role involves handling 5&ndash;7 clients, executing SEO strategies, managing basic Google Search Ads, tracking performance, and preparing regular reports. The candidate should have a good understanding of SEO fundamentals, be comfortable working with data, and be willing to continuously learn and improve.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis</li><li>Optimize websites for on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, URLs, content, internal links)</li><li>Identify and resolve basic technical SEO issues such as indexing, crawl errors, and page speed</li><li>Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console</li><li>Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and campaign performance</li><li>Plan and execute monthly SEO strategies for assigned clients</li><li>Create and manage basic Google Search Ads campaigns</li><li>Optimize ads to improve performance and ROI</li><li>Prepare simple monthly SEO and Ads performance reports</li><li>Coordinate with content and design teams for SEO-friendly implementation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO and Google Ads</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics</li><li>Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently (5&ndash;7 projects)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Willingness to learn new tools, trends, and strategies in SEO and paid advertising</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills</li></ul>This role is suitable for candidates who prefer working on real projects, focusing on measurable results, and growing their skills in both organic and paid search marketing.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 12/01/2026
