 The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for full cycle HR tactics while supporting company goals and employee relations.
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support managers and employees as their general point of contact on all matters including but not limited to:
 </li>
 <li>
 General benefits knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Employee relations full-service support including being present for and/or conducting disciplinary conversations, investigations, and terminations as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 HRIS support and information management
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance related activities such as ensuring ongoing regulations and certifications are met
 </li>
 <li>
 Recruitment support when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination of any employee leaves in conjunction with HR leaders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legislation and company policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Staying aware of any employment and case law that may directly impact the regional supported
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide high-level customer service to both internal and external customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly review compensation to ensure FLSA compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and create internal policies and procedures to ensure smooth and thorough best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge and application of HIPAA &amp; OSHA compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with other HR projects and initiatives as needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4-5 years&rsquo; experience in the Human Resources field preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2-3 years&rsquo; experience as Associate/Junior Generalist or Generalist required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Healthcare recruitment experience highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using HRIS system required, Workday preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exude excellent employee and candidate relationship building skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be agile, fast-paced, and innovative.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.

 Travel
 
 
 While primarily a remote position, employee is required to attend monthly in office cadence. From time to time, additional in-person team meetings may be required as well. Additionally, must be available to travel to visiting offices/acquisition related support typically 1-2 days travel at a time with travel (outside of nearby region) expenses covered by SDG.

Job Summary: The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related issues and driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday - must be available 9:00am - 5:00pm PST
Travel: While primarily a remote position, additionally, this position may require on-site support as well as in-person team meetings. Mileage and travel accommodations are eligible for reimbursement in accordance with company policy.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Ops leaders to understand their objectives and challenges and provide strategic HR guidance and support.</li><li>
Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.</li><li>
Provide coaching and support to managers on a wide range of employee relations issues, including performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.</li><li>
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR programs and initiatives, such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.</li><li>
Facilitate all HR functions for support area(s) including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding of staff and providers.</li><li>
Oversee and manage HR Generalist(s) that support HRBP regions.</li><li>
Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.</li><li>
Serve as a change agent by proactively identifying areas for HR process improvement and driving the implementation of change initiatives.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.</li><li>
Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication and resolution of employee concerns.</li><li>
Lead HR projects as assigned, demonstrating project management skills and the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.</li><li>
Support M&amp;A efforts with items such as employee meetings, new hire paperwork, and onboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as-needed basis, contributing to the overall success of the HR team and the organization.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.</li><li>
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or similar role.</li><li>
Certification from national recognized institution preferred (PHR/SHRM-CP).</li><li>
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>
Working knowledge of HIPAA &amp; OSHA compliance.</li><li>
3+ years of recent California labor laws experience</li></ul>
Salary Range $85,000 - $90,000
