Position Summary</div><div>
Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Develop and animate 2D characters, props, and backgrounds based on storyboards, concept art, and creative briefs.</li><li>Accurately portray characters or objects' personalities, expressions, and movements through dynamic animation.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in animation style and adherence to project guidelines.</li><li>Create animatics, layout poses, and in-betweens to produce smooth and fluid character animations.</li><li>Participate in animation reviews and feedback sessions to refine and iterate on animations.</li><li>Enhance animation quality by adding effects like rays, glows, and lighting to make the artwork more engaging.</li><li>Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and creative alignment.</li><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior animators, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve animation-related issues, ensuring deliverables meet high standards.</li><li>Contribute to improving animation workflows and processes to increase efficiency.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Skills Required:</div><ul><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Spine 2D.</li><li>Deep understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, squash and stretch, and anticipation.</li><li>Experience with particle simulations, visual effects, and physics dynamics.</li><li>Optional: Familiarity with Blender 3D and digital drawing skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).</li><li>Strong team player with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Ability to think creatively and solve complex animation challenges.</li><li>Strong organizational and leadership skills.</li></ul><div></div><div>

Years of experience 8 to 12 years in animation (films, TV, video games, or related industries).</div><div></div><div>
