In this vital role, you will ensure that our products meet rigorous quality standards by performing precise inspections and audits throughout the manufacturing process. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to excellence and compliance with industry regulations such ISO 9001.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines to verify product dimensions and specifications.</li><li>Perform quality audits across manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS).</li><li>Verify compliance with industry standards</li><li>Maintain detailed records of inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in accordance with QA/QC procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues promptly and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Support calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment to ensure ongoing accuracy.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001</li><li>Proficiency with measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines.</li><li>Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and identify root causes of quality issues.</li><li>Familiarity with conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Ability to work independently with attention to detail while maintaining high standards of accuracy.</li><li>Strong communication skills to document findings clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
