Scilligence is dedicated to empowering scientific innovation through advanced digital solutions that accelerate research and development.Job OverviewScilligence is seeking a driven and creative Marketing Specialist to help shape and execute the company's marketing strategies. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to amplify our brand, generate leads, support sales, and deliver compelling campaigns that reflect the innovation at the heart of our products.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Establish marketing plans to fulfill company objectives and to achieve profit and growth targets.</li><li>Participate in lead generation, sales support, and sales enablement activities.</li><li>Develop marketing strategies for new product launches and existing product categories.</li><li>Lead the creation and execution of market-focused campaigns that drive sales across the full product and services portfolio; manage lead flow into HubSpot CRM and ensure appropriate support materials to guide opportunities through the sales funnel.</li><li>Oversee the development of marketing communications, including collateral, white papers, articles, web and email content, sales presentations, and PR.</li><li>Lead online marketing strategy, including campaign design, execution, measurement, testing, optimization, and reporting.</li><li>Partner with sales and product development teams to understand business objectives, provide strategic guidance, and develop marketing dashboards.</li><li>Manage company social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field.</li><li>1+ years of experience in direct marketing or marketing communications.</li><li>1+ years of relevant online marketing experience with an emphasis on testing, reporting, and measurement.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, a flexible attitude, and a collaborative team-player mindset.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML and social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X.</li><li>Experience with social media buying and content marketing.</li><li>Experience with HubSpot and WordPress is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Cambridge, MA 02138 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Cambridge, MA 02138: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
