</div><div>We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused <b>HR Manager </b>who will oversee <b>US Talent Acquisition (50%)</b> and <b>HR Operations (50%)</b>. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare and corporate recruitment along with hands-on exposure to HR operations including employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR reporting. This role requires strong ownership and data-driven decision-making. The HR Manager will drive hiring initiatives, ensure compliance with US labor laws, manage employee lifecycle processes, and act as a strategic partner to leadership.<br>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b> 50% &ndash; Talent Acquisition (US Recruitment)<br>
</div>Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, and corporate roles.<br>

</li>Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.<br>

</li>Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.<br>

</li>Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts.<br>

</li>Ensure compliance with US hiring laws and documentation requirements.<br>
<li>
</li>Maintain ATS, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports.<br>
<li>
</li>Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.<br>

</li>Develop local Michigan talent pipelines and community hiring partnerships.<br>

</div>Manage the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding.<br>

</li><li>Ensure compliance with <b>Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)</b> and <b>Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)</b> requirements.<br>
</li>Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration.<br>

</li>Maintain HRIS data accuracy and employee records. Share attendance reports, time - off reports, dashboards on daily, weekly and monthly basis.<br>

</li>Support performance review cycles and employee relations matters.<br>
<li>
</li><li>Ensure workplace compliance with <b>Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)</b> standards.<br>
</li>Handle employee grievances and conduct workplace investigations when required.<br>

</li>Support policy development and implementation aligned with US labor regulations.<br>

</li>Coordinate with legal counsel for compliance matters when needed.<br>

</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b><br>
</div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).<br>

</li>5+ years of progressive HR experience in the United States.<br>

</li>Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment.<br>
<li>
</li>Solid understanding of US federal and Michigan state labor laws.<br>
<li>
</li>Experience managing HR operations in an onsite environment.<br>

</li>Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll coordination.<br>
<li>
</li>SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP certification preferred (added advantage)<br>
