 The Non-Profit Administrative Assistant (Part-time) will support day-to-day operations, program coordination, and administrative functions for a growing nonprofit organization.  RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Coordinate scheduling, communications, and administrative workflows across programs and leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Support program logistics, including events, screenings, and community initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with email marketing, social media scheduling, and content updates
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and organize documents, systems, and internal processes using Google Workspace
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide basic bookkeeping and financial tracking support
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and support organizational growth

 QUALIFICATIONS:

 Experience supporting administrative, operations, or program coordination functions (nonprofit or startup environments preferred)
 </li>

 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CMS or marketing platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter with a proactive, adaptable approach and comfort working independently

 This part-time Administrative Assistant role provides direct support to the Executive Director while helping coordinate administrative operations, donor relations, and development activities. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations through scheduling, communication, and organizational coordination.  Support planning and coordination of organizational events and donor engagement activities

 Maintain organized digital and physical records, documents, and reports

 Provide general operational and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning
