We are looking for a Network and Support Engineer to do installations, provide technical support, and manage IT infrastructure. The role involves on-site visits, troubleshooting, and coordination with teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain equipment at project locations.</li><li>Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>Coordinate with field teams and vendors for project execution.</li><li>Perform system diagnostics, hardware integration, and software configuration.</li><li>Document site visits, project updates, and issue resolutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project quality standards.</li><li>Support system testing, commissioning, and handover.</li><li>Manage IT infrastructure (desktops, laptops, servers, and networks) for offices.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN.</li><li>Experience with VoIP systems, IP phones (SIP, VoIP configuration).</li><li>Familiarity with virtualization (XenServer, VMware).</li><li>Knowledge of video conferencing tools (Poly Studio, Zoom, MS Teams).</li><li>Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), macOS.</li><li>Basic knowledge of GitLab/version control.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in networking and IT support.</li><li>Willingness to travel for on-site project work.</li></ul>Contact details: 9606970495Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;21,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
