<p><b>The Role</b></p>
<p>Scitara is seeking a high-performing Solutions Sales Director to drive enterprise adoption of the Scitara DLX platform across the Americas. This is a strategic, consultative sales role focused on helping customers modernize laboratory operations, accelerate digital transformation initiatives, and unlock the transformative value of AI across the laboratory enterprise.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling complex SaaS or enterprise technology solutions into life sciences or regulated industries and is excited to learn and evangelize Scitara&rsquo;s differentiated AI-native platform and its impact on scientific productivity, data utilization, and operational efficiency.</p>
<p>You will play a critical role in expanding Scitara&rsquo;s footprint within strategic accounts, developing new opportunities, and partnering with our ecosystem of instrument and informatics vendors to deliver transformational customer outcomes.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li>Own and drive the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities across the Americas region</li>
<li>Develop and execute strategic account plans for target pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial customers</li>
<li>Position Scitara DLX as the foundational platform for laboratory digital transformation and AI enablement initiatives</li>
<li>Communicate the differentiated value of Scitara&rsquo;s AI-native architecture and its impact on scientific productivity, automation, and data-driven decision making</li>
<li>Engage senior stakeholders including CIO, CTO, Digital, Quality, Manufacturing, and Scientific leadership</li>
<li>Partner closely with Marketing and the Partner Organization to generate pipeline and execute go-to-market programs</li>
<li>Lead discovery conversations to align customer business challenges with Scitara solutions and measurable business value</li>
<li>Deliver compelling executive presentations, solution overviews, and demonstrations</li>
<li>Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deal progression and customer outcomes</li>
<li>Create proposals, SaaS agreements, subscription orders, and statements of work in coordination with internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data in CRM systems</li>
<li>Consistently exceed revenue targets, pipeline objectives, and sales productivity metrics</li>
<li>Deliver an exceptional buying experience that converts prospects into long-term Scitara customers</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualification and Experience</b></p>
<ul><li>Proven track record of enterprise software or SaaS sales success, preferably in life sciences, laboratory informatics, or regulated industries</li>
<li>Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions with long sales cycles</li>
<li>Interest in AI technologies and ability to communicate AI-driven business value to customers (prior AI sales experience is a plus but not required)</li>
<li>Familiarity with laboratory environments, scientific instrumentation, or informatics ecosystems strongly preferred</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and navigate large enterprise organizations</li>
<li>Strong consultative and value-based selling skills</li>
<li>Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities</li>
<li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to operate effectively in a fast-growing company environment</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; advanced degree preferred</li>
</ul>
