The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure a strong talent pipeline for operational &amp; support roles.Key Responsibilities1. Manage end-to-end hiring for non-tech roles across functions2. Execute bulk hiring drives and meet hiring targets within timelines3. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals Social Media &amp; networking channels4. Coordinate with hiring managers to gather requirements and draft JDs5. Screen, assess &amp; shortlist candidates based on skill and cultural fit6. Schedule interviews, maintain tracker reports &amp; ensure strong follow-ups7. Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns8. Ensure an excellent candidate experience through smooth communication9. Assist in HR activities including onboarding &amp; engagement initiativesRequirements1. Graduate degree in HR/Business or related field (preferred) 2. 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-tech or volume hiring3. Comfortable using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn &amp; sourcing tools4. Strong stakeholder management, communication &amp; negotiation skills5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles6.
