 We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Specialist (Web) who will blend creativity with data-driven thinking and drive growth through innovative marketing strategies to join our dynamic team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, launch, and optimize
 
 performance marketing campaigns
 
 across platforms such as
 
 Google, Meta, TikTok
 
 , and other relevant ad networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take
 
 end-to-end ownership
 
 of campaign strategy from creative ideation and testing to execution, optimization, and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners (e.g., Google Dublin, Meta London, TikTok Dubai) to ensure smooth execution and maximum performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and evaluate campaign performance through tools such as Adjust, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards, turning data into actionable insights and opportunities for growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and monitor dashboards and analytics reports to evaluate campaign performance and scale while achieving target KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze campaign data and user insights to shape effective marketing and monetization strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Think creatively and use innovative strategies to drive growth beyond standard performance marketing.
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 2+ years of experience
 
 in performance or digital marketing, ideally within
 
 web-based products
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, and TikTok.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and tracking tools such as Adjust or Appsflyer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of big data environment and experience with a Google Tag Manager is a plus.
 </li>
