Position Summary Scotsman Guide creates news and tools for the mortgage industry. We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer with a strong visual aesthetic to elevate our digital presence. This role blends UI/UX web design, email management and marketing asset creation to drive engagement and conversions across all channels.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>UI/UX Web Design: Employ user-centered design principles and user behavior data to build web pages that elevate user experience, drive engagement and promote conversions.</li><li>Email Design &amp; Production: Primary responsibility for the design and deployment of our flagship daily newsletter, The Originator</li><li>Marketing Asset Creation: Develop digital and print assets, such as banner ads, social media graphics, videos, landing pages, etc.</li><li>Project Management: Lead internal stakeholders through the design process to achieve timely, effective results</li></ul>Required Skills&middot; Strong visual design aesthetic &amp; ability to ensure brand consistency across channels&middot; Excellent communication skills&middot; Proven ability to lead stakeholders through design process&middot; Experience and interest in leveraging AI tools to improve design process speed and outcomesQualifications<ul><li>5+ years of experience in web design</li><li>Strong proficiency with WordPress &amp; Elementor</li><li>Experience using A/B testing and user-behavior data to guide design and optimize conversions</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and email marketing platforms</li></ul>Scotsman Guide is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
