About the Role</b></h1><p>
Member Service Representatives are one of the primary points of contact for SCU members. They are the first, and often only face our members see. Member Service Representatives must engage with SCU members and process their transactions efficiently and accurately. They are responsible for educating members about SCU products and services as well as providing an exceptional member experience.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h1><ul><li>
Operates on-line teller terminal and accurately records amounts received and prepares reports of transactions.</li><li>
Perform required OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) screens as outlined in the Non-Member Verafin Processing policy and reports any positive matches to the BSA Group. Complies with BSA requirements of completing CTR and SAR.</li><li>
Foster and maintains relationships with members responsible for providing prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous member service. Investigates member concerns, researches and recommends a resolution to branch management. Ensure we are meeting expectations with member service satisfaction results.</li><li>
Educate members on SCU Products and Services including referring members to FSR&rsquo;s, mortgage, business lending/services and investments.</li><li>
Daily opens and closes Teller terminal, accounts for cash assigned, received, disbursed. Accurately balances to teller terminal close report and remits daily work to Teller Supervisor for disposition.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Performs administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s Human Resources department, including support of the Total Rewards program. Assists with the administration of compensation, benefits, and related programs to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. Prepares and maintains personnel records, reports, correspondence, manuals, spreadsheets, and other HR communications utilizing a broad range of computer applications in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations under the direction of HR leadership and established procedures. <br>Assists with bi-weekly payroll processing by reviewing payroll data for accuracy and completeness, verifying benefit deductions and employee changes, and supporting resolution of discrepancies prior to payroll submission.
<br>Coordinates and processes paperwork related to benefits, retirement plans, COBRA continuation, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and other Total Rewards components.
<br>Assists the Payroll & Benefits Specialist and HR Business Partner II with Total Rewards – related projects, audits, and process improvements as needed.
<br>Responds to inquiries regarding organizational processes, policies, procedures, and Total Rewards programs, ensuring consistent and accurate information.
<br>Assists with planning and execution of special events such as open enrollment, health fairs, organization-wide meetings, and employee communications.
<br>Maintains strict confidentiality of all employee records, compensation data, and Total Rewards information. What You Bring
<br>High school diploma or equivalent and one year of human resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
