Job Description:
The Help Desk Analyst provides technical support across all branches and assists with Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents, device deployment, user account and access management, diagnostic tool support, and onboarding and offboarding tasks. This role works closely with the Support Services Lead and collaborates with system administrators and application teams to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
Required<ul><li>
2+ years IT help desk or desktop support experience.</li><li>
Proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting common user issues.</li><li>
Experience imaging and deploying PCs.</li><li>
Familiarity with Active Directory user administration.</li><li>
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and analysis.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize and multitask.</li><li>
Attention to detail and documentation.</li><li>
Team collaboration.</li><li>
Ability to work independently.</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Experience with OEM diagnostic tools.</li><li>
Exposure to MFA, M365 security, or conditional access.</li><li>
Experience with Cisco Webex Calling or VoIP systems.</li><li>
IT certifications such as A+ or Network+.</li></ul></div>
