Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and boost sales.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that encompass SEO, content marketing, and performance marketing to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.</li><li>Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to engage with target audiences.</li><li>Oversee multichannel marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms, including email marketing and print advertising.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and enhance B2B marketing initiatives.</li><li>Create compelling content for various channels, utilizing strong copywriting skills to communicate brand messages effectively.</li><li>Manage advertising sales efforts and budget allocation for different campaigns while ensuring maximum ROI.</li><li>Lead product management initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams to launch new products successfully.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into the marketing strategy.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a strong focus on digital marketing and e-commerce.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing engaging marketing materials.</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress and HTML for website management and content updates.</li><li>Strong research skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior effectively.</li><li>Experience in using marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a knack for persuasive copywriting.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets effectively while maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns.
