Our attorneys handle a wide range of complex cases and are supported by strong systems, seasoned staff, and a culture that values initiative, accountability, and client-centered advocacy.What You Will Be Doing<ul><li>Managing a robust caseload of litigation matters from intake through resolution</li><li>Conducting liability, causation, and damages investigations</li><li>Guiding clients through every stage of their case with clarity and compassion</li><li>Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and related litigation documents</li><li>Working with expert witnesses, including preparing reports, affidavits, and meeting preparation</li><li>Representing clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials</li></ul>What You Should Have<ul><li>A strong commitment to personal injury law and advocacy for injured clients</li><li>Experience handling complex litigation matters</li><li>Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills</li><li>Outstanding communication and client-service skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage a high-volume litigation caseload efficiently</li><li>Technical proficiency and experience using case management systems</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of PI experience (5&ndash;7 years preferred)</li><li>Spanish fluency is a significant plus</li><li>Active membership in the California Bar</li></ul>Why Scranton Law FirmWe offer a competitive base salary paired with a generous, production-based bonus structure that rewards performance and allows for meaningful income growth.
