Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing transactions, product embroidery, and maintaining the store's appearance.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs.</li><li>Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling.</li><li>Upsell products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.</li><li>Maintain merchandising standards.</li><li>Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.</li><li>Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.</li><li>You will be trained to operate the embroidery machine.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $13.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
