Job Description &ndash; Graphic Designer &ndash; BID PackagesJob Title: Graphic Designer &ndash; BID PackagesLocation: UAEBusiness Unit: Scruffy Dog Creative Middle East FZ - LLCReports to: General ManagerKey Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)The Graphic Designer will support the development and delivery of high-quality BID packages, proposals, and presentation materials for Scruffy Dog Creative Middle East. The role requires strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex creative concepts into visually compelling layouts.Key Responsibilities &bull;&emsp;Design and produce BID and proposal documents, ensuring alignment with company branding and design standards. &bull;&emsp;Work collaboratively with the Creative, BID, and Project Management teams to develop visually engaging submission materials for themed entertainment, leisure, and destination design projects. &bull;&emsp;Create layouts, infographics, diagrams, and visual assets that effectively communicate design intent and project narratives. &bull;&emsp;Develop and maintain templates, iconography, and reusable design elements to support consistent branding across submissions. &bull;&emsp;Ensure all deliverables are visually polished, accurate, and delivered within deadlines. &bull;&emsp;Support the preparation of client presentations and marketing collateral where required. &bull;&emsp;Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail and organisation. &bull;&emsp;Coordinate with copywriters and content teams to ensure cohesive and visually balanced materials. &bull;&emsp;Maintain and archive BID-related visual assets and documentation. &bull;&emsp;Contribute creative ideas for continuous improvement in design communication and proposal quality.As a list of general duties, the above is not exhaustive. The work of Scruffy Dog Creative Middle East FZ LLC is expected to evolve, and the holder of this post will be required to work flexibly with colleagues to support that development.Key Skills / Experience RequiredEducational Qualification&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Additional Qualifications / certifications&middot; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).&middot; Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and digital presentation platforms.Prior experience &middot; Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in graphic design within a creative agency, design consultancy, or themed entertainment / architecture / leisure industry.&middot; Proven experience in designing BID documents, proposals, or tender submissions.&middot; Understanding of brand consistency, layout composition, and storytelling through design.Other skills (preferred)&middot; Strong communication and collaboration skills.&middot; Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.&middot; Exceptional eye for detail, layout, and visual hierarchy.&middot; Creative flair combined with technical precision.&middot; Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.&middot; Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced creative environment.&middot; A &lsquo;nothing is too much trouble&rsquo; attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
