We are looking for a Collections Specialist who is responsible for managing billing, and collecting all the outstanding accounts receivables from customers. In addition, you will be responsible for resolving customer billing problems reducing the amount of accounts receivables, and tracking and reporting account receivable regularly.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Job Responsibilities:</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Partner with the sales team and customer success teams for customers to understand the contract and project status, and issue invoices to customers based on their billing milestones.</li><li>
Proactively communicate with customers over phone, email and/or chat to collect outstanding balances.</li><li>
Collaborate with sales, finance and customer success teams to resolve billing issues</li><li>
Monitor accounts on a daily basis to identify outstanding account receivables, and take necessary actions in order to encourage timely payments.</li><li>
Review Weekly Aging Reports and collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates</li><li>
Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed</li><li>
Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing duties</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Skill Sets:</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Fluent in English and Hindi, including written and conversational abilities.</li><li>
Experience with software / SaaS businesses is strongly preferred.</li><li>
3-4 years of proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role with the responsibilities above required.</li><li>
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent</li>
Documented track record of continuous learning in a related field, a plus.<li> Excellent knowledge of billing procedures</li><li>
Knowledge of various collection techniques</li><li>
Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoho</li><li>
Comfortable working with targets</li></ul><div>

Billing & Collection Specialist

As a Solution Architect, you will be the key technical partner and trusted advisor for our customers. Your mission is to guide them through their cloud security and compliance challenges, helping them build secure and resilient environments. You will be the bridge between their technical reality and the streamlined compliance offered by the Scrut platform.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li><b>
Lead Cloud Architecture Reviews:</b> Proactively engage with customers to lead comprehensive reviews of their cloud environments</li><li><b>
Translate Technical Gaps into Compliance Actions:</b> Analyse findings from architectural reviews and translate them into a clear, actionable remediation plan. Critically, you will map these technical remediation steps directly to the specific controls required for compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.</li><li><b>
Provide Hands-On Technical Guidance:</b> Partner directly with customer&rsquo;s Engineering and DevOps teams. You won't just identify problems; you will provide expert, hands-on guidance on how to fix them, offering best practices for implementing security controls, IAM policies, network configurations, and data protection strategies etc.</li><li><b>
Champion the Scrut Platform:</b> Act as the technical champion for our product. You will demonstrate to customers how to leverage the Scrut platform to automate evidence collection and continuously monitor their newly hardened cloud posture, proving their compliance status in real-time.</li><li><b>
Product &amp; Engineering Collaboration:</b> Act as the voice of the customer internally. Channel real-world feedback and technical challenges from customer engagements to our Product and Engineering teams, helping to shape the product roadmap and improve platform capabilities.</li><li><b>
Develop Technical Content:</b> Create and maintain a library of reference architectures, best practice guides, and technical documentation that helps scale our ability to guide customers effectively.</li><li><b>
Serve as a Trusted Advisor:</b> Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, from individual engineers to the Leadership Team, establishing yourself as their go-to expert for cloud security and compliance.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
3-5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as a Solution Architect, Cloud Consultant, Security Architect, or a similar position at a cloud-native company or consulting firm.</li><li><b>
Deep Cloud Expertise:</b> Demonstrable, hands-on experience across Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). You should be able to lead technical discussions on these services with confidence.</li><li><b>
Proven Architectural Review Experience:</b> Verifiable experience conducting AWS Architecture Reviews or similar cloud architecture and security assessments. You should be intimately familiar with the principles of the framework.</li><li><b>
Exceptional Customer-Facing Skills:</b> A genuine passion for making customers successful. You must be an excellent communicator, capable of building trust and articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li><b>
Problem-Solver Mindset:</b> You are a natural problem-solver who can think on your feet and enjoys the challenge of navigating complex customer environments.</li><li>
A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred.</li><li>
Good understanding of the technical requirements for major compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) is a strong plus</li><li>
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is a strong plus.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
