We are a fast-growing international trading and manufacturing company . As we continue to grow and expand internationally, we are looking for intelligent, and motivated Junior Legal Specialist to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you&rsquo;ll work side by side with the Head of Legal and be involved in a wide variety of tasks .Key Responsibilities:Support the Legal team by preparing and maintaining standard contract templates under the supervision of the Head of Legal.Maintain and update the company&rsquo;s contract register, monitor key deadlines and obligations, and ensure proper exchange and filing of original documents.Manage documentation flow, support contract implementation, and assist internal teams with day-to-day legal needs.Draft, review, and support negotiations of commercial agreements, including sales, supply, services, construction, licensing, and NDAs.Assist with the legalization and notarization of documents and powers of attorney, and liaise with external service providers and government authorities.Prepare legal correspondence, including letters, notifications, and responses to clients and partners. Provide initial legal support and documentation for internal departments and projects.Contribute to improving internal legal processes and document management systems. Support labor and civil cases through legal research, case analysis, and preparation of supporting documents.Collaborate closely with the Head of Legal, company offices, partners, and related entities across multiple jurisdictions.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law or a related field.1&ndash;2 years of experience in a legal, corporate, or compliance role.</li><li>Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory basics.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (both required).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re ready to grow with us, send your CV to hr@sctchemicals.aewith the subject line: Junior Legal Specialist &ndash; Dubai.Job Type: Full-time
