You'll partner with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to deliver quality work safely, on schedule, and with pride. Key Performance Indicators:
<ul><li>Leadership Level Interpersonal Skills &ndash; Advocacy, Conflict Resolution, Active Listening, ETC.</li><li>
Quality Execution &ndash; Process Execution Verification, Attention to Detail, Collaboration, ETC.</li><li>
Safety &ndash; Plan for Safety, Customize Project Documentation, Mitigation of Known Hazards, ETC.</li><li>
Problem Solving - Proactive Communication, Experiential Foresight, Conflict Resolution, ETC.</li><li>
Close Out and Budget / Continuous Improvement &ndash; Lessons Learned, Schedule Reviews, Process Discipline, ETC.</li></ul>
Fundamental Job Requirements:
<ul><li>Proven experience as a Project Manager in a commercial construction environment.</li><li>
Exceptional leadership supporting high preforming teams.</li><li>
Ability to adapt to a changing environment with multiple priorities.</li><li>
Proficiency in project management tools and software.</li></ul>
