Job Title: Site Engineer for Fit-Out ProjectsWe are seeking a motivated Site Engineer with a strong background in Fit-Out Projects to join our team.Responsibilities:1. Supervise daily fit-out works, coordinating subcontractors, labor, and material deliveries.2. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, quality, and safety standards.3. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain workflow.4. Implement quality control and safety procedures, conducting regular assessments.5. Monitor progress, update records, and report milestones and challenges.6. Assist in budget monitoring and identify cost-saving opportunities.7. Support in evaluating subcontractor payments based on on-site quantities.8. Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients to align execution.9. Manage resources efficiently, ensuring timely material procurement and minimal waste.Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>3-7 years of experience as a Site Engineer in fit-out projects (commercial, retail, office spaces).</li><li>Solid knowledge of fit-out techniques, materials, and construction practices.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Must have a valid Kuwaiti residency (transferable) and a Kuwaiti driving license.</li></ul>Application Instructions:If you meet the qualifications and are enthusiastic about contributing to our growing team, please send your resume to careers@secikw.comOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
