What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service while sharing the Sea Bags brand story.</li>
<li>Engage customers with product knowledge and recommendations.</li>
<li>Assist with daily store operations, including sales transactions and merchandising.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.</li></ul> 


What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul>
<li>A customer-focused mindset with a passion for engaging with people.</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to learn and articulate company history and product details.</li>
<li>Comfort using a point-of-sale system and iPad.</li>
<li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role preferred.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word &amp; Excel).</li>
<li>A team player with a can-do attitude who&rsquo;s willing to jump in and support as needed.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.</li>
<li>Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
</li>
<li>Availability to work flexible shifts, including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.</li></ul>
