Business Development &amp; Sales:</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.</li><li>Generate inquiries, prepare proposals, and convert leads into confirmed orders.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Develop and maintain a database of builders, architects, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>2. Marketing Strategy &amp; Planning:</li><li>Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals.</li><li>Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and client presentations.</li><li>Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and pricing structures.</li><li>Prepare marketing materials, brochures, digital campaigns, and case studies.</li><li>3. Client Relationship Management:</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.</li><li>Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations.</li><li>Address customer feedback and coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>4. Coordination &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposal and project execution.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, sales progress, and market updates.</li><li>Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data accurately.</li><li>5. Branding &amp; Communication:</li><li>Enhance the brand presence of the PEB division through online and offline marketing.</li><li>Manage digital marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and corporate communications.</li><li>Ensure consistency in corporate branding and messaging.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
