By fostering an efficient and welcoming office atmosphere, you will contribute significantly to our company's success and growth.Duties<ul><li>Manage and coordinate daily office operations, including front phone call leads responsibilities and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication.</li><li>Oversee schedule management for executives and team members, including calendar organization, appointment setting, and meeting arrangements.</li><li>Facilitate vendor management by coordinating service providers, processing invoices, and maintaining positive professional relationships.</li><li>budgeting tasks, and basic office bookkeeping to maintain financial accuracy.</li><li>Manage office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the office remains well-stocked and organized.</li><li>Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing inquiries professionally and courteously across all communication channels.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or related roles within a professional environment.</li><li>Supervising experience is preferred to oversee administrative staff or support teams effectively.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and basic bookkeeping enhances your effectiveness in this role.</li><li>Prior experience in construction or service management settings is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;both verbal and written&mdash;are essential for fostering positive interactions internally and externally.
