 What You Get To Do
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll help lead and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences from the get-go. You&rsquo;ll model and perform the highest standards of service as you foster a positive atmosphere for everyone you come into contact with. You will:

 Create ambassador schedules and maintains Kronos reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Address complaints and resolve problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and train ambassadors
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, assign and direct work
 </li>
 <li>
 Order and maintain products and supplies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure food quality, guest service, profit enhancement, ambassador satisfaction and facility sanitation commitments are maintained to standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Enter notifications for any needed repairs to keep facility maintained to standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Record the day&rsquo;s events in communication log
 </li>
 <li>
 Contact maintenance as necessary to maintain proper operation of all equipment and facility
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain repair log and control labor cost
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization&rsquo;s policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, and training ambassadors; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining ambassadors; addressing complaints and resolving problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements, expectations and needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties assigned
 </li>
 <li>
 Occasionally assist other location and areas throughout the park as needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What It Takes To Succeed
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Have an Associate&rsquo;s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Have strong written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Have strong basic math skills using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and be able to create and interpret graphs
 </li>
 <li>
 Have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification upon selection
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to pass Alcohol training test upon selection
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to pass Food Handlers test and maintain valid Food Handlers card
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to lift 55 pounds with or without accommodations and stand for prolonged periods of time
 </li>

 Able to regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, stoop, crawl or kneel
 </li>

 Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment

 Greet guests and provide park information to our visitors

 Perform guest reservation check-in/check-out functions using computer

 Maintain cleanliness of all park areas including trash removal and sweeping

 Quickly resolve guest challenges by providing exceptional guest service

 Distribute available lockers to our guests, while maintaining cleanliness of locker facilities

 Perform guest check-in functions for in-park activities

 Provide informational tours for small groups of up to 12 guests

 Liaise with Strategic Sourcing &amp; Procurement, Accounts Payable, Park Sr. Park Operations and Park Support Leadership

 Represents the buying organization for quotes (Ops, Heath Services, EH&amp;S, D&amp;E as needed)
 </li>

 Responsible for procurement of goods and services to ensure the park&rsquo;s needs are met while adhering to the general guidelines of SEA Purchasing Standards

 <li>
 Seek to obtain and purchase all goods and services at the lowest possible total end user cost considering the guidelines of quality, delivery, service, and price
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with office duties to include answering calls, computer data entry, receiving and entering orders into SAP (ensure accuracy), and other miscellaneous office duties
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, process and close out purchase orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver Operations new team member orientation
 </li>
 <li>
 Train and monitor training of new team members in all cost centers
 </li>
 <li>
 Audit in-park training
 </li>
 <li>
 Process Operations department paperwork: data changes (including promotions); transfers; terminations
 </li>
 <li>
 Write SOPS
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain database for SOPs, lesson plans, tests and audits
 </li>

 Assist Operations areas and Operations office as needed
 </li>

 Assist HR with hiring and other functions as needed (Assessing/ panels)

 Assist Safety and Legal with claims and other functions as needed.
