<div>Seacliff Inn, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is looking for a part-time Busser to join the team! The Busser is responsible for efficiently and courteously bussing tables, as well as dining room clean-up.
<div>
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: 
<ul><li>Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to restaurant and hotel guests.</li><li>Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.</li><li>Clear dishes, glasses and silverware from the table after guests leave. Wipe down and reset the table for the next guests.</li><li>Scrape the dishes, separate the silver, stack the dishes and take them in a tub or cart to the kitchen/dishwashing area.</li><li>Clean dining area: Wash tables and chairs, and dust. Vacuum or mop at end of day.</li><li>Assist with maintaining cleanliness of restaurant/kitchen to Company standards and all health codes at all times.</li><li>Adhere to food safety requirements.</li><li>Report any missing/found articles or equipment/property damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor.</li><li>Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department, restaurant and hotel.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.</li></ul></div>

Knowledge/Education/Experience: One (1) year experience preferred.

Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements: Ability to communicate in English with guests, management and fellow team members to their understanding. Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Dependable.

<div>Seacliff Inn, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is actively searching for a Cook to join the team! The Cook will primarily be responsible for cooking food as ordered and should be able to work on several different orders simultaneously. The Cook will also be responsible for washing, cutting and preparing food for serving and/or cooking.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food properly.</li>
<li>Utilize proper personal protective equipment when handling food, cleaning equipment and as needed.</li>
<li>Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.</li>
<li>Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.</li>
<li>Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.</li>
<li>Prepare cold foods.</li>
<li>Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.</li>
<li>Test foods to determine if they have been cooked according to food safety regulations. Update required food and temperature logs.</li>
<li>Monitor food quality while preparing food.</li>
<li>Set-up and break down work station.</li>
<li>Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles.</li>
<li>Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.</li>
<li>Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.</li>
