<div>Seacliff Inn, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is looking for a part-time Busser to join the team! The Busser is responsible for efficiently and courteously bussing tables, as well as dining room clean-up.
<div>
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: 
<ul><li>Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to restaurant and hotel guests.</li><li>Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.</li><li>Clear dishes, glasses and silverware from the table after guests leave. Wipe down and reset the table for the next guests.</li><li>Scrape the dishes, separate the silver, stack the dishes and take them in a tub or cart to the kitchen/dishwashing area.</li><li>Clean dining area: Wash tables and chairs, and dust. Vacuum or mop at end of day.</li><li>Assist with maintaining cleanliness of restaurant/kitchen to Company standards and all health codes at all times.</li><li>Adhere to food safety requirements.</li><li>Report any missing/found articles or equipment/property damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor.</li><li>Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department, restaurant and hotel.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.</li></ul></div>

Knowledge/Education/Experience: One (1) year experience preferred.

Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements: Ability to communicate in English with guests, management and fellow team members to their understanding. Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Dependable.

We are looking for an energetic and cheerful Host/Hostess to greet and acknowledge all arriving guests and escort guests to their tables. The Host/Hostess will also be responsible for taking reservations and maintaining reservation book.

Core functions of the position, but are not limited to the following; 
<ul><li>Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to guests.</li><li>Cheerfully and courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating at tables; present menus and extend congenialities ensuring restaurant&rsquo;s standards of service.</li><li>Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room at all times.</li><li>Assist in monitoring the guests&rsquo; needs and all phases of the restaurant operations.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of restaurant during absence of Restaurant Manager and/or Supervisor.</li><li>Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, specials, liquor/beer/non-alcoholic selections available in the restaurant.</li><li>Maintain good guest relations by keeping abreast of all in-house and area functions in order to answer questions and concerns with timely and knowledgeable responses.</li><li>Inspect tables and stations ensuring that all set ups meet the department standards. Check throughout meal period. Relay deficiencies to respective team members and follow up on corrections.</li><li>Answer restaurant telephone courteously and efficiently as specified in department standards.</li><li>Extend courteous departures as guests leave the restaurant.</li><li>Ensure tables are cleaned and reset according to standards.</li><li>Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department, restaurant and hotel.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.</li></ul></div>
