Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling, and content creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives across digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative &amp; Design<ul><li>Conceptualise and design high-quality creatives for digital, social media, performance marketing, and branding initiatives</li><li>Develop visually engaging campaign creatives, brochures, presentations, and brand assets</li><li>Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication touchpoints</li></ul>Video Editing &amp; Motion Graphics<ul><li>Create and edit engaging video content for social media, ads, and brand films</li><li>Develop motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)</li><li>Work on storytelling formats that drive engagement and conversions</li></ul>Content &amp; Visualisation<ul><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful visual concepts</li><li>Support with basic copywriting and content structuring for creatives and campaigns</li><li>Visualise concepts for campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Execution<ul><li>Work closely with marketing, sales, and digital teams to deliver campaigns on time</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital content formats</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)</li><li>Strong understanding of social media formats and digital content trends</li><li>Good sense of aesthetics, typography, colour, and layout</li><li>Ability to conceptualise and execute creative ideas independently</li><li>Basic understanding of copywriting and visual storytelling</li></ul>Preferred Background<ul><li>Experience in real estate, hospitality, aviation, or creative agencies</li><li>Exposure to branding, digital campaigns, and performance marketing creatives</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail</li><li>Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Passionate about visual storytelling and design innovation</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
