We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team. The ideal candidate will manage property listings, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations, with hands-on experience in major property portals. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative support to real estate agents and brokers</li><li>Create, upload, and manage property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder</li><li>Ensure listings are accurate, updated, and compliant with portal requirements</li><li>Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate documents and contracts</li><li>Coordinate property viewings, appointments, and meetings</li><li>Handle client calls, emails, and inquiries professionally</li><li>Assist with marketing materials, property descriptions, and basic social media posts</li><li>Track transactions, deadlines, and compliance documentation</li><li>Perform data entry and reporting as required</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under deadlines</li><li>High attention to detail and confidentiality</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 per month
