Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Resident Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with accuracy and compassion.
</li>
<li>Care Planning: Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet residents&rsquo; unique needs.
</li>
<li>Clinical Expertise: Provide wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures to ensure residents&rsquo; health and comfort.
</li>
<li>Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records, charting all observations and treatments.
</li>
<li>Confidentiality: Protect resident privacy in compliance with HIPAA standards.
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Current LPN license in the State of New York.
</li>
<li>Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required.
</li>
<li>Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to resident well-being.
