The Maintenance In-Charge is responsible for overseeing all maintenance, repair, and operational activities within the facility. This role ensures the property, equipment, and utility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are maintained in excellent working order, providing a safe, comfortable, and functional environment for all occupants.
