Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Mechanical packaging to support New Product Development</li>
<li>Application of DFM and best practices</li>
<li>Creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation</li>
<li>ECO management &ndash; Data entry/manipulation to support the manufacturing process</li>
<li>ISO support &ndash; Support ISO documentation as required to maintain compliance</li>
<li>Team oriented finisher who can drive projects to completion</li>

</ul>Requirements:
Education &ndash; Experience
<ul>
<li>Relevant experience, training, or certification may be accepted in lieu of a degree</li>
<li>Minimum 5yrs experience working in a small fast-moving high-tech environment</li>
<li>Proven track record in the creation of electromechanical assemblies for medium volume production</li>
<li>Mechanical drafting applying industry standard notation and dimensioning techniques</li>
</ul>
Required Skills - Competencies, Authorities and Training Needs
<ul>
<li>Competent using AutoCAD and 3D software tools</li>
<li>Familiarity with PCB design tools such as PADS, Altium or Fusion360</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to &ldquo;learn on the fly&rdquo; and take on new responsibilities</li>
<li>Creative team player who manages a myriad of responsibilities while maintaining schedule integrity</li>
<li>Ability to support New Product Development by creating aggressive but realistic timelines</li>
</ul>
Must be a U.S. person (i.e., U.S. citizen, permanent resident, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.</div>
