Seaman Corporation is seeking a Sr. Strategic Marketing Manager to join our commercial team! This position will report to the Director of Marketing.
 
POSITION SUMMARY
 We are seeking a Sr. Strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role plays a key leadership position, helping to shape and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The Sr. Strategic Marketing Manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including both product management and sales, and develop both near and long term strategies that deliver results aligned with the business unit’s overall objectives.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 <ul>
<li>Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and refine marketing strategies that align with business goals.</li>
<li>Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, social and events.</li>
<li>Manage and mentor marketing team members and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.</li>
<li>Oversee campaign performance analytics, reporting on KPIs, ROI, and insights to continuously improve results.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales, product management, and customer service teams to develop marketing strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.</li>
<li>Contribute to brand development and ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships and agency partnerships where applicable.</li>
<li>Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Seaman Corporation is ahead of the curve.</li>
</ul>
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management or senior-level role.</li>
<li>Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring others.</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce).</li>
<li>Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience in the building materials industry is a plus.</li>
