Key Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:&middot; Initiate requirements sheet &ldquo;Tell Tale&rdquo;/ Activity Sheet, clearly setting out the advance requirements and actions taken (in any).&middot; Clients&rsquo; requirements met within the specified time in compliance with company QMS&middot; All required documentation prepared and dispatched to local authorities / services by due time and date&middot; File-fronts completed up to date. Statement of Fact/Cargo Notes completed up to date (i.e. a running log). Bill of Lading and Manifests obtained or prepared in advance of vessel completion (where applicable/possible).&middot; Presentation of complete vessel/cargo file Manager immediately after dispatch of last sailing Email, with file-front and control sheets neatly and fully completed.&middot; As appropriate assemble file contents before arrival of ship, e.g., Customs papers, Discharge List,&middot; Pre-Stowage plan, SOF, Port Authority declarations etc, and other relevant local documentation concerning crew passes, bus/taxi services etc.&middot; Cash to Master requested in advance to be ordered from accountant, after checking with Manager and Email request to / authorization from Owners satisfactorily processed.&middot; Where terminal/berth operator Port Authority procedures require, relay request for pre-arrival information to vessel by most convenient /economical means; relay pre-arrival information (whether solicited or otherwise) to local interested parties by email or fax upon receipt&middot; For Cruise liners ensure that passenger/crew lists are presented to appropriate authority prior to arrival of the vessel.&middot; Make berthing arrangements as instructed by Manager, recording on file front which services ordered/time ordered for /time of ordering.&middot; Carrying out instructions of ship&rsquo;s Master and Principals within the bounds of normal agency practice.&middot; Liaise with customs and Immigration authorities on any crew movements.&middot; Any other tasks assigned by Manager/SupervisorJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Shipping Agency: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
